FIRST. - The commercial entity Aguirre y Cía. S.A., marketer of the Bullpadel brand, will carry out a "NEW VERTEX 04" giveaway on its social media platforms for Europe from September 13th to September 18th, 2023, under the conditions detailed below.

SECOND. - The purpose of this contest is to promote awareness of Bullpadel products.

THIRD. - All those who wish to participate must provide their contact information (name, mobile phone, and email).

FOURTH.- The prizes and conditions of this contest are listed in the annex to this document.

FIFTH. - The prizes of this contest cannot, under any circumstances, be changed, altered, or compensated for at the winner's request.

SIXTH. - The winners authorize Bullpadel to use their name and image for advertising purposes in materials related to this contest.

SEVENTH. - Individuals under the age of 18 cannot participate in this promotion.

EIGHTH - The prizes in this promotion are subject to the provisions of Law 46/2002 of December 19th, Law 24/2001 of December 27th, Royal Legislative Decree 3/2004 of March 5th, which approves the consolidated text of the Personal Income Tax Law, Royal Decree 1775/2004 of July 30th, approving the Regulation of the Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 2717/1998 of December 18th, Royal Decree 2069/1999 of December 30th, which approves the Statute of the Public Business Entity Loterías y Apuestas del Estado, Royal Decree 3059/1966 of December 1st, which approves the Consolidated Text of Fiscal Fees, and other related regulations. Therefore, Aguirre y Cía. S.A. will be responsible for making any necessary income withholdings or payments.

NINTH. - The voluntary submission of personal data requested to participate in this promotion implies the consumer's consent for Aguirre y Cía. S.A., either directly or through other entities managing or processing the data, to automatically process it for exclusively commercial purposes, which may include incorporating the data into an automated file owned by Aguirre y Cía. S.A., for future communication with the consumer. By providing an email address, participants expressly authorize Aguirre y Cía. S.A. to use this means for receiving commercial communications. Consumers have the right to access this file in order to modify, correct, or partially or fully delete its content by requesting it from Aguirre y Cía. S.A., the company responsible for processing the file. Responding to questions about this data is optional.

TENTH. - Participants, by simply participating in this contest, accept its rules and Aguirre y Cía. S.A.'s criteria for resolving any issues arising from it.

Annex

MECHANICS OF THE DRAWING - To participate in the drawing, you must meet the following conditions:

• Follow the Instagram account @bullpadelsport, by the Organizer.
• "Like" the drawing post.
• Leave a comment on the post mentioning a friend.
• Reside in a country that is part of the European Union. Each user can participate as many times as they consider in the drawing. Tags in comments from fake or duplicate accounts will not be accepted.

PARTICIPATION PERIOD - The participation period in the drawing will begin on 09/05/2023 at the time of the post's publication and will end on 09/11/2023 at 23:59 (local time of the Organizer's location).

PRIZES - There will be one prize available in this drawing, consisting of:

• Vertex 04 Paddle. Which will be delivered at the WPT event to the winner, upon presentation of their identification.
• Two tickets to the World Padel Tour (WPT). No type of transportation is included.

SELECTION OF WINNERS - The winners will be randomly selected from all eligible participants who meet the conditions, using a random selection tool (e.g., AppSorteos, Easypromo, or similar).
