"LEGAL BASIS FOR THE "VERTEX 04 STREET ACTION CONTEST"

FIRST. - The commercial entity Aguirre y Cía. S.A., marketer of the Bullpadel brand, will carry out, starting from September 22nd at 4:00 PM, for citizens of the European Union, a contest "VERTEX CONTEST" through its social media channels, under the following conditions.

SECOND. - The objective of this contest is to enhance awareness of Bullpadel products.

THIRD. - All those who wish to participate may be asked for their contact information (name, phone number, and email).

FOURTH. - The prizes and conditions of this contest are outlined in the annex to this document.

FIFTH. - The prizes of this contest may not, under any circumstances, be subject to change, alteration, or compensation at the winner's request.

SIXTH. - The winners authorize Bullpadel to use their name and image for advertising purposes in materials related to this contest.

SEVENTH. - Individuals under 18 years of age may not participate in this promotion.

EIGHTH - The prizes in this promotion will be subject to the provisions of Law 46/2002 of December 19, Law 24/2001 of December 27, Royal Legislative Decree 3/2004 of March 5, approving the consolidated text of the Personal Income Tax Law, Royal Decree 1775/2004 of July 30, approving the regulation of the Personal Income Tax, Royal Decree 2717/1998 of December 18, Royal Decree 2069/1999 of December 30, approving the Statute of the State Public Business Entity Lotteries and Betting, Royal Decree 3059/1966 of December 1, approving the Consolidated Text of Fiscal Fees, and other related provisions, and therefore, if applicable, Aguirre y Cía S.A. will be responsible for making the appropriate withholding tax or payment.

NINTH. - The voluntary provision of the requested personal data to participate in this promotion implies the consumer's consent for Aguirre y Cía. S.A., either directly or through other entities handling the data, to process them automatically for exclusively commercial purposes, and to include such data in an automated file of Aguirre y Cía. S.A., of which it will be responsible for future communication with the consumer. Likewise, by providing the email address, the participant expressly authorizes Aguirre y Cía. S.A. to use these means for receiving commercial communications. The consumer has the right to access said file in order to modify, correct, or cancel its content, in whole or in part, by simply requesting it from Aguirre y Cía. S.A., the company responsible for file processing. Responding to questions about this data is optional.

TENTH. - Participants, by the mere act of participating in this contest, accept its rules and Aguirre y Cía. S.A.'s criteria regarding the resolution of any issues arising from it.

Annex

CONTEST MECHANICS

 - To participate in the contest, the following conditions must be met:

- Be at the location and time provided on Bullpadel's social media, to be solved through clues in the posts.

- Recite the key poem in its entirety without substantial errors to the paddle holder at the time of delivery. If the poem is recited incorrectly, the turn will pass to the next contender. If there are no other contenders, up to a maximum of 5 opportunities will be given to the candidate.

- If more than one contender simultaneously recites the poem correctly in the same place and at the same time, the winner will be determined by rounds of elimination questions about paddle, at the discretion of Aguirre y Cía., S.A.

- Aguirre y Cía., S.A. reserves the right to deny the prize to a potential winner for reasons of violent or intimidating behavior, disruptive behavior during the normal course of the action, offensive comments, profanity, insults, derogatory or any type of epithets towards the team of Aguirre y Cía., S.A. or other contenders.

PARTICIPATION PERIOD

- The participation period in the contest will begin on 09/22/2023 at the time of the last clue post at 4:00 PM and will end on 09/22/2023 at 6:59 PM (local time of the Organizer's location).

PRIZES.- There will be one prize available in this contest, which consists of:

-Vertex 04 2024 Racket. Which will be awarded to the winner who meets the previously described requirements.

WINNER SELECTION

- The winners will be selected by the Aguirre y Cía., S.A. team based on the previously described criteria, prioritizing the order of arrival.

NOTIFICATION TO WINNERS

- The winners will be announced in a post on the Organizer's Instagram account. For this, the winner must provide their data to Aguirre y Cía., S.A."
