The auction of the racket signed by Pope Francis begins
Last Wednesday 26th of April, Pope Francis received the president of the International Padel Federation, Luigi Carraro, director of the Padel Federation of Vatican City, Alessandra Turco, Delfi Brea, 23 years old world’s number two with Argentina, Alfredo Peñalver, president of the prestigious Spanish brand Bullpadel, and the roman artist Barbara Salvucci.
There, Pope Francis hand-signed the Bullpadel racket designed by Barbara Salvucci.
From Bullpadel, we initiate the auction of the racket signed by Pope Francis. Undoubtedly, an initiative that reminds us how sports can be a powerful fraternity, friendship and help engine for needy people.
The auctioned piece is an exclusive racket including the Pope Francis’ signature. A Flow Bullpadel racket designed by the roman artist Barbara Salvucci. Its design shows illustrations of people with and without disabilities playing together and the colours’ choice alludes to the flag of the Vatican City State.
The auction will open on Friday 5th with a price of 1.000 euros and will be closed on Monday 22nd of May.
